Shop Supervisor / Production Manager
- Shop Supervisor / Production Manager Metal-Fab Industries is one of the leading Steel Fabricators and Erectors in Southern Alberta. We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Supervisor / Production Manager with the following qualifications: ■ Apprenticeship training in steel/metal trade ■ Apprenticeship Certification ■ Minimum 10 years experience ■ Ability to supervise projects and 20 – 30 employees ■ Ability to monitor performance & co-ordinate workflow ■ Ensure adherence to safety standards ■ Must be a strong communicator, organized, motivated and feel comfortable delegating ■ Demonstrate team spirit and leadership skills ■Hourly rate of $ 38.52 + benefits If you would like to join our young and dynamic team and have minimum of 10 years experience in construction industry, please submit your resume by fax at (403) 236-9133 or by e-mail at stefan@metal-fab.ca.
