Swegway are a relatively new product and will require servicing and parts just like cars or washing machines. With heavy use it’s likely a SWEGWAY will require servicing after a year, if not before, and you’ll need to know who to turn to. Most if not all our competitors, offer a free 12-month warranty. Swegway should not be seen as a form of transport in the traditional sense. Sure they have a 12 mile range when fully charged and a top speed of 15 km per hour however while there is a buzz riding a Swegways Plus.
