If this sounds like a company you would like to work and you are able to work in Canada, have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Scheduler/Production Planner using computerized maintenance software, McCoy Coatings and Hydraulics Division would like to hear from you. Responsibilities: · Schedule work orders for production using the newly installed software system · Create job processes to increase efficiency · Working closely with the operations team to organize production work flow · Analysis of production completion times to help increase product flow · Interface with inside sales team to stay on top of production times and orders · Communicating with customers from time to time · Intricate part of production and sales team Qualifications: · Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related field · Strong Technical ability · Customer oriented · Knowledge of Lean processes an asset · Ability and willingness to know and own the software system · Previous experience in a Machine/Fabrication shop an asset · Knowledge in Chrome Plating, Wear-Resistant Coatings, and Hydraulics a definite asset The successful individual will be expected to take ownership of his / her position. The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company.
